2008. Establishing of laboratory of sequencing and analysis od DNA in Departement of Environmental Biotechnology. Project financed by Polish Ministry of Science (decision nr. 2871/04/E-383/S/2008-1) (accomplished 2009)

2010-2013. Arrangements of the spawning pairs based on their individual characteristics - method of management of genetic variation resources within salmonid fish populations. Project financed by Polish Ministry of Science (accomplished in 2013)

2010-2013. Determination of the size, sex and age structure, and genetic diversity of endangered fish species, lake minnow Eupallasella percnurus, as a basis for its active protection in Poland. Project financed by Polish Ministry of Science (accomplished in 2013)

2015-2019. Zastosowanie technik biologii molekularnej i kriokonserwacji nasienia oraz technik bioinformatycznych w tworzeniu banku genów zagrożonego gatunku ryby, strzebli błotnej (Eupallasella percnurus) (accepted 2015, now under realization)
